Fast task capture for Google Tasks
Speak a task.
Save it. Move on.
Capture helps you turn a quick thought into a task on iPhone. You can use it on its own, and it keeps your morning plan close when you are away from your computer.

Three quick moments
Listen. Review. Send.
Capture keeps the process simple: say the task, check it, then send it when it looks right.

Primary purpose
A quick way to save a task.
Capture is for the moment when you want to get something out of your head before it disappears. It works as a simple iPhone app, and it still fits into the same task list you use with the extension.
Speak naturally
Say it the way you would say it out loud.
Start with your voice. Capture turns what you say into a task title, notes, and a due date you can edit before sending.
Review, then send
Quick does not mean rushed.
Check the draft, choose the right list, and send it only when it looks right. Your task lands in the same place the extension uses for planning.
Secondary purpose
Keep your morning plan close.
When you are away from your computer, Capture lets you set or update Today's Goal, its concrete Goal Step, and your Push Point—the task that deserves your deliberate attention today. Your Push Point can come from your full task list and does not have to be the Goal Step.
Always close
Open it from wherever you are.
You can launch Capture from the iPhone app, a Home Screen widget, Siri, Spotlight, Shortcuts, or the Action Button. It is a fast way back into your task list, not a separate app to learn.
